If you are running an AdonisOne V.1, V.2, or V.3 system, you already know what portable IFE can do for your operation. But the platform has changed completely. New hardware. New software. And Anna — an AI virtual flight attendant that did not exist when your system was built.

The Upgrade Program gives existing operators a clear path from legacy hardware to the current Icarus One platform, without paying full price for a new system.

What Has Changed

The Icarus One is a ground-up rebuild of everything you knew from AdonisOne. Here is what the current platform includes that your legacy system does not:

  • Anna AI Virtual Flight Attendant — An on-device AI assistant that answers passenger questions in 30+ languages, works completely offline, and handles everything from menu inquiries to flight status. This is the single biggest advancement in portable IFE since we started.
  • ADS-B flight tracking — Real-time aircraft position data with 3D interactive flight maps, powered by our patented technology (U.S. Patent No. 10,193,945)
  • Redesigned admin dashboard — Full content management, real-time analytics, theme customization, and Anna document management from one interface
  • Updated hardware platform — Faster processor, expanded storage, improved battery life, and modern wireless performance for 300+ concurrent passengers
  • Annual software subscription included — Your first year of software updates, Anna AI improvements, and technical support is included with every upgrade

Upgrade Options

Option 1: Software Update

If your hardware is still in good condition, we can update your system to the current Icarus One software platform with Anna AI. You ship us the unit, we rebuild the software, test it, and ship it back. Fastest path to the new platform.

Option 2: Full Hardware Rebuild

For older units or operators who want the complete current-generation experience, we rebuild the hardware: new internals, expanded storage, new battery, ADS-B receiver, and the full software suite. You get back what is essentially a new Icarus One in your existing form factor.

  • Everything in the software update, plus:
  • New battery (99.5 Wh, approximately 10 hours runtime)
  • Expanded RAM and storage
  • ADS-B receiver for real-time flight tracking
  • Full hardware testing and certification

Option 3: Trade-In Toward a New System

If you would rather start fresh, we offer trade-in credit on your legacy unit applied toward a new Icarus One purchase. We will evaluate your current hardware and give you a credit that reduces the cost of a new VIP, Fleet, or Enterprise system.

How It Works

  1. Tell us what you have — Your system model (V.1, V.2, V.3), serial number, and current condition. A quick email or phone call is all we need.
  2. Get your upgrade quote — We will recommend the best path (software, hardware, or trade-in) and provide a firm quote within 48 hours.
  3. Ship and upgrade — Send us your unit. Turnaround is typically 5-10 business days depending on the upgrade path. We handle everything.
