What's the difference between Legacy AdonisOne and Icarus One licenses?
The Legacy AdonisOne IFE license is for existing AdonisOne hardware units. The Icarus One IFE license is for the current Icarus One platform with enhanced features including Anna AI, up to 1080p streaming, and 3D flight maps. Contact us for renewal terms.
What happens if my license expires?
When your license expires, the system enters a limited mode. Core functionality remains, but you won't receive updates, warranty coverage lapses, and technical support becomes unavailable. Renewing restores full functionality immediately.
Can I renew after my license has expired?
Yes, you can renew at any time. Your new license period begins from the date of renewal. We recommend renewing before expiration to ensure uninterrupted service and warranty coverage.
Do I need a separate license for each unit?
Yes, each IFE unit requires its own annual license. For fleet pricing on 5+ units, please contact our sales team for volume discounts.
How do I apply my renewed license?
After purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with your new license details. Our team will remotely update your unit's license, or you can apply it through the admin panel. No physical access to the unit is required.
