Portable in-flight entertainment for Oman business aviation
Business and private aviation operators need a passenger-experience system that can move with a changing aircraft schedule. Icarus One is a portable, battery-powered in-flight entertainment system that works fully offline and requires no aircraft wiring or modification.
The system deploys in under five minutes, connects passengers through onboard Wi-Fi, and moves between aircraft as operating requirements change. Anna and Icarus Atlas are included as part of the Icarus One software experience.
Built for flexible operations
- No aircraft modification. The unit does not wire into the airframe and can move between aircraft.
- Fast deployment. Crew can place and power the portable system in under five minutes.
- Fully offline. Passenger entertainment, Anna, and Atlas run locally without a cloud connection.
- Anna Virtual Flight Attendant. Anna answers passenger questions from the onboard system without relying on ground servers.
- Icarus Atlas. Atlas provides an interactive 3D moving map using locally stored satellite imagery and live flight data where configured.
- Fleet flexibility. Operators can configure the system for an aircraft and move it as schedules change.
Portable and installed IFE serve different needs
Installed IFE becomes part of one aircraft. Portable IFE is useful when an operator needs to avoid a cabin modification, preserve aircraft availability, or share a system across changing assignments. The right choice depends on fleet size, passenger requirements, and the desired level of permanent integration.
Offline passenger service
Icarus One serves entertainment and passenger tools from onboard storage. Its primary passenger experience does not depend on cellular, satellite, or cloud connectivity. Operators remain responsible for sourcing and licensing the media loaded onto their systems.
One system configured for your aircraft
Icarus One is configured to the passenger capacity, aircraft type, and operating requirements of each fleet.
